2. Data Privacy Act Compliance
You acknowledge that CipherGuard is an IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) tool. You authorize this system to securely and permanently wipe data from designated hardware. You confirm that you have the legal right to destroy the data on any hardware you process through this system.
3. Irreversible Actions
You understand that the execution of a sanitization protocol (e.g., DoD 5220.22-M) is permanent and irreversible. CipherGuard and its developers are not liable for accidental data loss caused by user error.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and Authenticator (2FA) codes. All actions taken under your account are your responsibility.
